The Surf lessons last around 4 hours with transport included.

 Level 1. Beginners.

Goal.

* Stand up in white water
* Safety Rules
* Explanation of Currents, Tides and how is working the spot.
* Right position on the board
* Paddle technique
* Take off
* Position of arms, shoulders, legs, etc
* Balance on the board. How to generate speed and start with turns on the white water.

Level 2. Intermediates

Goal.

* Green waves. Surf the wall of the wave
* Selection of the waves.
* Right timing for take off in green waves
* Right position of the body for the drop
* Frontside and backside technique
* Duck dive

Level 3. Advanced.

Goal.

* Maneuvers on the wall of the wave.
* Bottom turn
* Top turn
* Cut back
* Flotter
* Barrel

In all Surf lessons are included Surf board, wet suit , leash and transfer to the spot.
Duration Surf Lesson is about 4 hours, depending distance to the Surf spot.
